So we did the mine tour had a spot of lunch, then did a 7 mile hike around lake Buttermere.
Although the walk was mainly on the flat, in parts it was muddy and slippy. We've certainly worked up an apetite for tonights meal.
The cars are bedded down for the night (especially our GraMPy who's in the trees) leaving us free to enjoy the evening.
The scariest moment of the day has to be Chris having to suddenly stop on an extremely steep bend and putting the car accidently in reverse with Pat and Sue behind us.
Crieky that was scary!
